KREA.AI, INC. vs 37signals LLC: Free Credits, Pricing & Eligibility Compared (2026)

Choosing between KREA AI and 37signals depends on whether you need creative visual tools or team communication software. KREA offers daily free credits and a 20% upgrade discount, while 37signals grants 100% free access to qualified students and teachers. Here is a clear breakdown of pricing, eligibility, and activation steps.

KREA AI vs 37signals: Pricing Models and Free Tier Comparison

Understanding the fundamental differences between KREA and 37signals prevents wasted time and invalid redemptions. One is a creative consumer application, while the other is an educational software program.

How KREA Free Daily Credits Work for Creators

KREA.AI, INC. operates on a freemium usage model tailored for image generation, pattern enhancement, and real-time visual editing. Anyone can sign up for a account and receive daily free credits without entering a payment method upfront.

If you run out of daily credits, KREA provides a 20% discount on paid subscription tiers. These daily credits refresh automatically, but unused credits do not carry over to the next day.

How 37signals Free Classroom Access Works for Education

37signals LLC builds productivity tools like Basecamp and HEY. Unlike KREA's public freemium structure, 37signals offers an educational program that waives 100% of fees for active students, teachers, and official educational organizations.

This offer covers full account access for classroom collaboration and student group work. However, commercial startup use under a personal student email will result in account status revocation if flagged by system monitors.

• Total Cost: 100% free for verified academic users
• Primary Target: Teachers, students, university project teams
• Commercial Restrictions: Strictly non-commercial and classroom use

Eligibility Rules and Verification Requirements

Before signing up for either service, review the necessary account requirements to make sure you qualify for the maximum discount or free usage tier.

Verification Rules for KREA AI Discounts

KREA has minimal barriers to entry for basic usage. Anyone with a valid email address can test the core toolset using free daily allowances immediately after registration.

To claim the 20% discount on upgraded tiers, apply the promo code during checkout or register through a verified promotional landing page before selecting your billing plan.

1. Register account with standard email address
2. Test image generation tools with daily free credits
3. Select paid plan and apply 20% promotional code at checkout

Verification Rules for 37signals Educational Accounts

Because 37signals provides full product access at no charge, their support team manually or automatically verifies academic credentials during the application process.

You must supply official institutional proof to confirm active student or faculty status. Submitting incomplete details will delay account setup.

• School-issued school email address (.edu or institutional equivalent)
• Proof of current enrollment (student ID, official class schedule, or faculty roster)
• Classroom details if setting up a group space for coursework
